Benefits of Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy
Reiki offers holistic healing and personal transformation. Reviews of Reiki clinical trials have found that Reiki is beneficial for pain, relaxation, and anxiety management. It is becoming an increasingly accepted presence in hospitals and clinics. Scientific validation of Reiki’s effectivenesshase helped bring this method to the mainstream, where it is able to aid patients in all realms, including those with mental health challenges. Reiki helps you connect to your inner self.Taking time to be mindful, listen to your inner voice and trust your intuition is transforming. That inner prompting is your spirit asking you to be your authentic self and heal your mind, body and spirit.
The cells in our bodies are endlessly working to bring us back to a natural state of balance. The body’s own internal magnetic fields are generated by an extraordinary amount of internal electrical activity that keeps our bodies alive. These bio-magnetic fields interact with all of the other magnetic fields on the planet and influence our basic chemistry. The human body produces complex electrical activity in several different types of cells, including neurons, endocrine, and muscle cells – all called “excitable cells”. As all electricity does, this activity also creates a magnetic field. Energy healing is complementary to traditional medical care and leaves you feeling relaxed and at peace.
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) compliments Reiki Energy. Sessions use angelic energy to work directly with your body’s cellular memory and energy field to get the “issues out of your tissues” for good. IET helps you to safely and gently release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future.
What To Expect
Session cost: $75.00
Session length: Approx. 60 minutes
I use a blend of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki® and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)® during sessions. Reiki and IET® can be done in a sitting or lying position. Fully clothed, you may choose light or no touch. Most clients feel a sense of relaxation and peace. Your mind may feel calm and your physical body will relax. Some describe Reiki as waves of warmth, tingling, relaxation or deep sleep. You will leave feeling grounded and calm.
All sensations are positive and these experiences are a release of stored energy within the patient's body.
If your life force energy is high, energy will flow through the body freely. If it is low, or if you suffer from energy blockages, you may suffer from physical and psychological problems. Reiki can help shift emotional issues and lead to spiritual clarity. The benefits of Reiki are not limited to healing. It can be used to achieve goals, and overcome obstacles. Guided meditations may be used to support healing.
Sessions take place in my home studio or in my open-air backyard Gazebo, weather permitting.
Reiki Classes
If you are interested in learning more about Reiki you may want to join a Usui/Holy Fire® class available at various times in Winnipeg throughout the year.
- Reiki 1 - $250 (1 day class)
- Reiki 2 - $275 (1 day class)
- Advanced Reiki/Master - $1050 (3 day class)
Registration must include a $50 deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations but, registration can be transferred to another date. Payment can be paid by cheque, or e-transfer before the course begins.
